1. Booking & Reservations

By making a reservation at Villa Havana Bali, you agree to the following terms:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure your reservation.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
• All guest information provided must be accurate and complete.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00).
• Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM (11:00).
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability (additional charges may apply).
• Valid identification (passport or ID) is required at check-in for all guests.

4. House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.
• Parties and events require prior written approval from management.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected as specified for each villa.

5. Liability & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Villa Havana is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
• Guests use all facilities (including pool) at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the swimming pool.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for booking purposes, communication regarding your stay, and improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking (e.g., payment processors).

7. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes arising from your stay will be resolved amicably, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Indonesia.
