Important: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur price differences.
- Modifications made less than 7 days before check-in may not be possible.
- To request a modification, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@havanavillabali.com.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. The room may be released to other guests after 24 hours.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or other events beyond our control (force majeure), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund. Please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Promotional Rates & Special Offers
Some promotional rates and special offers may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates, if offered, will be marked as such.
